Thermal and water-resistant properties offer protection from wind and rain with lightweight high-loft padding keeping you nice and warm without heavy, bulky layers. Elastic binding around the cuffs  provide a snug fit and added protection from the cold. There are two zippered pockets and the chunky full-zip design allows for easy on/off. A chin guard at the top of the zip also helps prevent it scratching when the zip is fastened up.
